Creo3.0 无法安装，安装助手停止工作，common File 提取时出错

安装的时候应用程序里的   PTC Creo Common Files 进度条变红色，叹号提示提取时出错，然后等会就会出现PTC installation Assistant 已停止工作   怎么解决啊？
