SolidWorks装配模块四连杆运动仿真图文教程-装配



要做运动仿真首先要就是要将零件装配起来,我们先新建一个装配体。

然后点击浏览,选择要插入的零件随意放置。

然后再点击插入零部件

重复操作将“杆”1-3和2个“底座”调入

然后我们选择配合

选择下图两个面,约束重合。再限制两个底面后,因为第一个底座是已经固定的了,这样底座2就只有一个自由度了。

我们再约束杆1与底座同轴心,再约束面重合。

同理将3根杆约束成下图所示结构

拖动还剩一个自由度的底座,A+D>B+C,C+D>A+B,大致如下图所示位置。

然后将第二个底座固定

我们可以看下我们用到的配合约束
