UG12.0.2.9我前几天安装成功，这次再安装失败，许可服务就是安装不上，高人如何解决？

我创建了temp目录，并且设置了环境变量，还是安装不上许可协议

这些都设置了，昨天我不忍心重装系统，所以一直寻找办法，反反复复，也重启电脑多次，后来偶然一次把许可安装上了，能看到提示，总的来说问题不清楚，只能说不太稳定
