nx10.0帮助无法使用

在最新升级的ug10中，发现帮助文档不能用了，就是提示HTTP ERROR 500

Problem accessing /tdoc/nx/10/whatsnew/. Reason:
    Server Error
论坛方法试过了，都不行，服务也开启了。
