标题: 直接打开文件报错，不能直接双击打开文件
大家好！
UG8.0使用问题Win7_U_SP1_X64＆NX8.0.0.025_X64：
为什么我，直接双击打开文件时，会报错，然后就自动重新安装UG；
而先打开UG，再从UG里打开就可以正常打开。
求解，谢谢！
注：我的可以保存为中文路径和名称,按论坛里说的加的环境变量
，和附的值（变量名：UGII_UTF8_MODE变量值：1）。
