Driven Point Zero — When toggled "On", displays the "driven point" (identified by the
target symbol) and the XDrivenPointYDrivenPointZDrivenPoint axes.
The "driven point" is only displayed in the Machine View. Depending on the machine
configuration, more than one Driven Point Zero axis may be displayed in the View Axes
window as shown in the picture above.
The initial "driven point" position is determined based on the following:
• If there are no rotary/turret components attached to the "active" tool component,
the initial driven point is the origin of the "active" tool component.
• If there is 1 rotary/turret component attached to the "active" tool component, the
initial driven point is the origin of the rotary/turret component.
• If there are 2 rotary/turret components attached to the "active" tool component,
the initial driven point is the intersection of the two rotary axes.
• If there are more than 2 rotary/turret components attached to the "active" tool
component, the initial driven point is the origin of the highest level rotary/turret
component.
To see the complete description in the Help files go the the View menu, View Axes...,
then press F1.This will open the Help on this window which includes the Driven Point Zero
I'm not sure what your second comment means "Also I don't have any tool loaded project file."
Do you mean your tools don't load or you can't see your tools in the Machine View?If this is
the case make sure your tools have a Gage Point value so that they don't load up inside the
spindle.VERICUT uses the location of the Gage Point of the tool to "load" the cutter at the
origin of the tool component on the machine.
