🇺🇸 MiddleButtonJH v1.8.6What's New 1. Improved middle-button confirmation stability Fixed an issue that could occur on some PCs where a single short middle-mouse-button click caused the confirmation action to execute twice. Existing behavior is preserved: - Short middle-button click → Confirm once
- Long middle-button press → Keeps the native Mastercam function
- Mouse wheel speed adjustment → Unchanged
The middle-button confirmation is now executed only after the button release has been processed and stabilized, preventing duplicate confirmation caused by timing differences on certain systems. The updated version has been tested successfully with Mastercam 2023, 2025, and 2027 on multiple PCs. Installation- Completely close Mastercam.
- If a previous version is installed, remove the existing MiddleButtonJH.dll and MiddleButtonJH.ft.
- Copy the new files below into the Mastercam chooks folder:
MiddleButtonJH.dll
MiddleButtonJH.ft
Example:
C:\Program Files\Mastercam 2025\chooks\
- Start Mastercam.
- After the first installation, search for MiddleButtonJH using Mastercam's command search and run it once.
- Configure the desired options and click Save & Apply.
- After the initial setup, MiddleButtonJH will start automatically with Mastercam. You do not need to run it manually every time.

NotesMiddleButtonJH v1.8.6 has been tested with Mastercam 2023 / 2025 / 2027. When updating from an older version, it is recommended to completely close Mastercam, remove the previous DLL/FT files, and then install the new files.
