《如何写一篇高质量的学术论文》——韩清龙教授讲座手稿整理

韩清龙：国家教育部长江学者讲座教授，澳大利亚中昆士兰大学（Central Queensland University）桂冠教授（Laureate Professor）,博士生导师。1997年毕业于华东理工大学工业自动化专业，获得博士学位，1997年至1998年在法国Universite' de Poitiers从事博士后研究，1999年至2001年在美国Southern Illinois University任研究助理教授，2001年至今在澳大利亚Central Queensland University任高级讲师、副教授、教授（讲座）和桂冠教授。目前担任澳大利亚中昆士兰大学桂冠教授，高等教育部副部长（研究与创新），智能与网络化系统科学研究中心主任。担任华中科技大学客座教授，担任法国Universite' de Poitiers访问教授。

在IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、Automatica、IEEE  Transactions on Signal Processing、IEEE  Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、IEEE  Transactions on Circuit Systems I: Regular Papers等国际重要刊物上发表了180余篇论文，其中IEEE  Transactions和Automatica论文50余篇。被SCI收录180余篇，被国际学者SCI引用5068次，SCI他引4636次，SCI h-指数（h-iindex）：36，引用国家30余个（Web of Science数据库，2014年9月14日数据）。与2014年6月入选汤森路透（Thomson Reuters）2014年“高被引科学家”，来自世界各国工程领域总共有187名科学家入选。
目前担任IEEE工业电子学会网络控制系统及应用专委会主席，IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics（中国科学院I区期刊）副主编。

韩教授于2015年9月25号上午来到上海大学，为学生们讲了一堂名叫《如何写一篇高质量的学术论文》，生动形象，内容充实，全程无尿点，我特意把韩教授演讲的内容作了详细的记录，并在业余时间仔细梳理，形成了一个简单的中英文对照的版本，现在发布在3D世界网上，希望能够吸引更多的高层次人才来关注3D世界网。

如何写一篇高质量的学术论文

1.      Original Ideas（新颖的想法）

(1) Have to focus on current “hot” directions

必须基于当今热门的方向

(2) Do not live in own bubble (follow other people work)

不要只停留在自己的灵感上（要跟随别人的工作成绩）

(3) Remember that you are affecting ranking the journal

记住你会影响学术期刊的排名

a. By writing well cited article

通过引用合适的文献写好你的论文

b.  By citing articles from the journal you submit your article

引用你所提交的杂志以前发表的论文

2.      Clear Description of the Ideas（对想法要表达清楚）

(1)   Nobody will cite your work if they cannot understand your article

如果人们各奔看不懂你的论文，那么根本没有人会引用你的文章

(2) Article has to be well organized and easy to follow

文章必须通俗易懂，容易被引用

(3) Ask someone with OTHER area of expertise to read your article beforesubmission

在提交之前让其他专业的人看一看你的文章，看他能不能读懂

3.      Attractive Title（吸引人的标题）

(1)   Title should be very concisely

标题应该非常简明扼要

(2)   Title should consist as many key works as possible so search enginescan find your article

标题应该包含很多搜索引擎容易搜索到的关键词

4.      Well Written Abstract（把摘要写好）

(1) If abstract is not well written, then maybe nobody review yourarticle, article will never be downloaded and read

如果你的摘要没有写好，那么可能没有人对你的论文有兴趣，你的论文可能永远都不会被下载和阅读

(2) Do not write abstract in the last moment

不要到最后一刻才动笔写你的摘要

(3) Polish abstract again, again and again

一遍一遍，不断重复的审查、修改、润色你的摘要

(4) Remember that abstract are used by search engines

切记！摘要是被应用在搜索引擎中的

5.      Subject of Wide Interest（兴趣广泛的领域）

(1) Very good research article on narrow topic will not be well citedbecause only few people in the world can be interested in the subject

在狭窄的领域，即使再好的论文也不会被很好地阴影，因为在这个世界上只有非常少的人对这个领域感兴趣

(2)   Highly cited articles are the ones which are interested for wideaudience

经常被引用的论文是那种对大多数观众都感兴趣的文章

(3)   Consider writing a state-of-the-ate article

考虑写一篇大众化的文章

6.      Must Be Within the Main Scopeof the Journal Submitted（必须在期刊提交的最佳时间提交你的论文）

(1)   Article outside of the journal scope may not receive fair andobjective review

在杂志审稿期之外发表的论文，可能不会得到公正、客观的回复

(2)   Remember that the prime source of reviewers are authors ofpreviously published articles in the journal submitted

记住，杂志的主要投稿人是以前在这个杂志发表过论文的作者

(3)   If article is publish in wrong journal it may left unnoticed

如果文章被发表在不合适的杂志上，这篇文章可能不会怎么引人注意

7.      Well Select References（合理的选择参考文献）

(1)   Have to follow current references (article without recentreferences-couple years are automatically rejected)

必须跟随当今的参考文献（如果你的文章没有应用足够的最近年份的参考文献，那可能会直接被自动驳回）

(2) Avoid second-sited references

避免重复引用参考文献

(3)   Not too many self-cited references

不要有太多自引的参考文献
