UG10.0报错-15/-97重启尝试手动启动许可证没用，只有重启才有用

软件之前使用没问题，后来突然就打不开了一直都是报错在-97 -15 有时候 也报-69 但重启后又能正常使用，重启后我手动关闭许可证，手动打开软件就好像识别不到了QWQ

....我的意思，我后面手动关闭许可证，再手机打开软件也不行
